Last year when we were at the Minnesota State Fair eating 30 Food we were watching the parade.  We saw a guy on a "Wacky Wheel" and Gary said "I could do that".

We found him on the internet and I contacted him and spent the day in Madison Wisc with him.

Rob "Melvin" let me try out his wheel and gave me pointers on how to do it.  The rest is history.
